REDLUX is located just minutes from Charlotte, NC, but has creative roots in Hollywood. Equal parts So Cal & down home … just like its founder, Mike Gross.

Mike is a veteran showrunner/ producer/ director in the unscripted world. He is an Emmy winner for his work on Sport Science (FSN, ESPN), and Emmy nominated for Friday Night Tykes (Esquire). His showrunning credits include Bad Ideas With Adam Devine (Roku), Little Giants (Animal Planet). Other executive/senior producing credits include Knight Fight (History), Forged In Fire: Knife Or Death (History), Shot In The Dark (Netflix), Next Trickshot Superstar (Facebook), Wrench Against The Machine (Esquire), Mountain Men (History), King Of The Nerds (TBS), and others.
